Diary | Age 16
All is going very well. Eva arrived yesterday from Germany and I like her very much. She is a wonderful girl and I am looking forward to spending more time with her. We seem to have a great deal in common.
I am still madly in love with Michael. He is so perceptive and caring. I wish that (though I love them very much) the boys didn’t have such an influence on him. Not that it is anything. Michael is perfect. +Sera+

Age 31 | My first official day as a woman! [wink] Dearest Teenage Sarah – someday you will be grateful for your true love’s male companions. I remember how hard it was to be apart from “Michael” – especially when he was hanging out with his friends. I wanted to be one of them so badly, and I think I got as close as a girl could into their inner circle. It’s sad that I didn’t have my own group of ladies to tromp around with but I felt so estranged from my girlfriends, most of whom had yet to kiss a boy and many of whom I thought still liked Michael. I also had yet to discover what a wonderful thing time to oneself could be. These things are so essential to me today but it was a long hard journey to discover that. Looking forward to a good dose of lady friends and solitude this summer. -SH
